We take compliance with legislation and industry standards extremely seriously. We have a simple ‘four eyes’ policy before each, and every worker goes live on our system and is made available for work.

We uphold the highest standards and have a strict process for central compliance, with no one team able to approve new workers. Our ‘four eyes’ policy ensures total compliance at the point that a worker is approved and made available for work. These checks not only verify the right to work, but also confirm identification and validity of qualifications, including in some cases, National Security Vetting security clearance in accordance with Cabinet Office guidance.

We also follow GLAA guidance to raise awareness of the risks to businesses regarding labour exploitation and modern-day slavery. Every team member is trained to identify signs of human trafficking and modern slavery and work with the authorities to protect individuals and keep them safe.

We work to the ETI Base Code and as a business, we have begun the journey towards ISO 9001-2015 accreditation.
